She made ME so she totally makes the cut.
My mother is an energetic, happy, never holds a grudge kind of person AND she is famous in her own right as an actress in the West-Indian community: theater, Indie-films, and even music videos (big in Guyana and Trinidad) and yet I don't think I've bothered asking her for an autograph... hmm, bad daughter! Goes to show you how entitled I feel about her. Well, here she is... I love you Mom!

What's your best memory of your mom?
Wow, so many special and memorable moments. One of the best memory I have of her is when she surprised me by dancing at a fund raising penny concert that I was emceeing . Your grandmother was a very serious and strict lady, so I was utterly astonished when instead of paying up the $$ penalty as she had done twice before, she said "Play the music" and did a beautiful dance! Now you know where the dancing genes come from!

As the manager of a very prosperous upcoming author, and my duties will include playing with all the grandkids, vacationing in the Bahamas with a chilled Margarita and enough $$ to hit the casinos.
Any pet peeves?
Lots and lots, but I'll just give you a few for starters - telemarketers, junk mail, having to "press this number" a zillion times to get assistance over the phone, when the waiters/waitresses or chefs mess up my order at the restaurant, no toilet paper or paper towel in public bathrooms etc etc...

Do you have any phobia?
Gosh, I have so many I'm polyphobic! I panic in enclosed places, I can't stand blood, I get really scared on bridges, I'm scared to death of mice (except for dear Mickey and Minnie), and I also think I have mageircophobia, but I'm not sure if that is a real phobia I think I have or I just hate cooking.
