I'm still...
1-Working. Even though I'm brain dead they have taken mercy on me and have not fired me for being too distracted thinking about my babies.
2-Feeling guilty. I hate that I have to abandon the kiddos. I know they are in great hands but I can't help feeling very very sad that I have to go to work.
3-Pumping. I have been able to keep up my supply so far. I pump between 28 & 32 onces every day depending on how many pumps I can squeeze in. My drive to & from work is at least 30 minutes so I usually pump while driving home and I get to spend time with the babies before their bed time.
4-Owe you guys pics of the babies. They are almost 5 months and I haven't shared any pics since they turned 3 months. (Not on this blog I mean)
And lastly...
5-I'm sill reading your blogs. I may not have a chance to comment but I'm reading and following you all the same. I do miss giving you guys my very wise and humble opinion though :)
Glad to hear you're still alive :) Kuddos on the pumping..that's a good amount to get in a day! I'm sure it's difficult to leave your babies but just think how lucky they are to have a mommy who wants to provide for them financially. You're doing great, mama!

ReplyDeleteYou probably have very little time to spare in between the insanity of being a mom/wife/worker-lady - so you take the time you DO have after being all those people, and take care of yourself!!!
I do miss you though, and love when I do "see" you on my blog!! Lots of love sweet lady :)

ReplyDeleteGood for you for finding a way to fit pumping into your already busy working mom of twins schedule, I couldn't do it with one baby! And pumping while driving? You are amazing!

ReplyDeleteA couple of weeks ago I had a dream that I was at your house. Both kids were walking and talking to me, but Jeff was irritated that I was there. You were busy doing mom and wife stuff. Strange, but that's how my dreams are!
You are doing very well handling the demands and wonderful moments of being a mom, working full time and being a wife. The kids photo blog is awesome!!!
